Wheelchair seating is available in sections 120, 121 & 122 on the main concourse and in section 206 of the suite level.
Alcohol-free seating is available at Mile One Centre. The following section is designated as an Alcohol-Free Zone: Upper Section 112.
All staff are responsible for alcohol management. Our goal is to promote responsible alcohol service and enhance patron safety. Admission can be refused to any person in an apparent state of intoxication.
Animals are not permitted in Mile One Centre with the exception of service animals for patrons with disabilities.
Mile One Centre has assistive listening devices available for individuals with hearing impairment. With our in-house Williams Sound FM transmitters, patrons will be channeled directly to the music. Just turn on the device and adjust the audio to your personal comfort level – it’s that easy. Drop by the box office on your way into your next concert and sign one out! Credit card and ID needed to sign out a device. Headphones are not provided by Mile One Centre – please be sure to bring your own. Available on a first come, first serve basis.
Baby Change Facilities
Family Washrooms are located at Sections 123/124 and Sections 119/120. Men and Women’s washrooms are equipped with baby change tables.
ATM Machines are located at Gate 1 by the Box Office, outside Section 103 and in the Caps Pub and at section 106.
Banners and signs are generally permitted and displayed. These signs must not hinder or distract or interfere with the view of other patrons, and they must not be obscene or in poor taste. Commercial signs or messages are not permitted. Management reserves the right to remove any banner or sign deemed unacceptable.
Cameras, Video Cameras, Audio Recorders
For most events, the use of flash photography and professional equipment, video or audio recording is not permitted. If the use of prohibited equipment is discovered you will be escorted to Guest Services where the equipment will be checked and can be retrieved at the end of the event. Please check prior to the event for restrictions for that event. Management reserves the right to confiscate any tape or film that is used during an event.
There are 5 concession stands and many kiosks located throughout Mile One that provide a vast variety of food and beverage selections.
Children – Lost
Parents looking for lost children should proceed to Gate 5 to initiate Lost Child procedures. If you should find a lost child, please bring them to Gate 5 or to any building personnel.
Children – Tickets
Unless otherwise stated, for most events children 24 months and under will be admitted at no charge when seated on the lap of an adult. Please double check with the box office before purchasing event tickets to confirm.
Elevators are located at Gate 2 and across from section 105. Elevators are for our disabled patrons and Suite Holders.
St. John Ambulance is on-site for all events. They are located next to Gate 5.
Mile One Centre GIFT CARDS are available for purchase at the box office during regular box office hours.

Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located at Guest Services outside of section 101. Items are stored for 30 days and are then forwarded to charity. Any items found with identification on them, the owner will be contacted.
Media entrance is Gate 5, located next to Gate 1. All media must have appropriate credentials for all events.
Mile One is unable to accommodate paging of patrons. In the case of emergency, we will attempt to reach the guest.
Pay phones are located in the lobby of the box office and outside NiteCaps Sports Bar & Grill. A TTY telephone for fans with a hearing impairment can be found at Gate 4.
For safety reasons, fans are refused entry if they are in possession of any of the following prohibited items: Bottles, cans, coolers, sticks, aerosol cans, weapons (i.e. firearms, knives), fireworks, skateboards, rollerblades, roller-skates, alcoholic beverages not sold by Mile One Centre, illegal drugs, noxious substances, cameras, sound or video recording devices as per event restrictions, helium balloons, outside food and beverages, stolen tickets, heelies.
*Please note Fans with food allergies or medical conditions requiring specific types of food or beverage will be permitted to bring in their own items.
If a guest has to leave the building during an event and plans to return, they must make their intentions known, so their ticket can be marked and they leave through the designated door. Patrons then must re-enter through the same door and produce the marked ticket for re-entry.
Well-established search procedures are a crucial part of maintaining security at Mile One. The type of event will determine the level of search required. Some events may require a more common visual search while others may necessitate a voluntary physical search.
Smoking within Mile One Centre is strictly prohibited; this includes e-cigarettes or other vapour producing devices. Smokers are advised that the smoking area is located outside the rear of the building across from section 111/112. Tickets will be required to exit and re-enter the building.
Fans may pick up pre-ordered tickets at the Box Office in the main lobby. A window is designated “Will Call”. Suite holders have their own will call on event nights located at Gate 2.
