Ticketing Policies

All Ticket sales are final, no exchanges or refunds except for cancelled or re-scheduled performances for which refunds will be available during regular box office hours for 21 days following the specified refund date.

Ticket Policy requires that every patron must have a ticket for the performance.

There is a $5.00 replacement ticket charge that will be applied to any lost/misplaced tickets. If you have lost your tickets, please contact the Box Office.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Seat Selection two hours prior to the start of all events, the Box office reserves the right to select the seats for all patrons.

Except in the case of fan presales, only tickets obtained through Mile One Centre will be honoured. Tickets from other vendors are not valid and will not be accepted at the door. If you are uncertain if a seller – whether online, by phone or in person – is legitimate, please check with the Mile One Centre box office at (709) 576-7657 for confirmation.

Management reserves the right to refuse admission.

Ticket Pick-Up

Fans can pick up any pre-ordered tickets prior to the event during regular Box Office hours. A window will be designated Will Call.

For picking up tickets purchased by telephone you must present the credit card that the tickets were purchased on.

Box Office Hours:
Monday – Saturday, 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm with extended hours on event days.
