Public Skating


Adult $5, students with Id $4, children with Id (12 years and under) & seniors with Id (65 years and over) FREE.

Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Mile One Centre wishes to advise the public that in order to maintain optimal ice conditions in our arena, the temperature in our building during AHL games and public skating will be reduced to 16 degrees centigrade. As such, we are encouraging patrons to dress appropriately for all hockey games and public skating in our facility. Thank you for your cooperation.


This policy applies to all user groups and is intended for the protection, safety and well-being of all patrons participating in ice-related activities at Mile One Centre.

Patrons of Mile One Centre will be required to wear a Canadian Standards Association (CSA) approved head protector during ice related activities.

The following types of head protection are acceptable: hockey helmet, ski helmet, and snowboarding helmets.


Skating Aids are only permitted during Parent and Tot and Learn 2 Skate sessions.
